	Payment in check or cashiers check (1/2 payment due to make reservation;  full payment & Security Deposit due 45 days prior to check-in date)

	One-week (7 days) minimum stay
	Check-In time after 4:00 pm; check-out time before 11:00 am
	Security deposit will be returned within 10 days after checkout.
